At The Forts Store, we strive to ensure all products are of the best possible quality and relevant to the historical subject matter of the site.

Our friendly staff look over ever order before it leaves our door to make sure your product is to the utmost quality.

However, if you receive a product that you are not 100% happy with, here's how we can help:

I received my item and it is damaged.

If your shipped item has arrived at your door and appears to be faulty or has suffered damage during the shipping process, take a photo of the item and send it to fortsstore@nationalanzaccentre.com.au with proof of purchase within 30 days of receiving the product and our team will help you through the process of getting a new item out to you or reimbursing you for the cost of the item.

I received my item and I don't like it.

Our team works incredibly hard to make sure our product descriptions and photos are as accurate as possible. Because of this, we do not accept change of mind refunds or returns, so please make sure you are completely happy with the product before purchasing.

I ordered something and it isn't the right size.

If you have purchased one of our shirts or jackets and it doesn't fit on arrival, do not remove any tags and email fortsstore@nationalanzaccentre.com.au with proof of purchase and the size that you want it exchanged to within 30 days of receiving the product. Our team will help walk you through the process of returning the item to us and shipping out your correct item.
